Candidate experience is everything in recruitment, and I'm keen to ensure only the highest standards of satisfaction from my candidates. I'll take the time to properly review your skills and requirements before approaching you about any opportunity, to ensure it's the right one for you.
I'll work with you to find out what you're looking for beyond just a tech stack, and ensure you're only contacted about relevant jobs by email, and never called at unscheduled times. I'll share as much detail about roles as possible and be honest about which roles I think you are best suited to.
For opportunities you move forward with, every effort will be made to get you timely and detailed feedback (good or bad) so you know exactly where you are in the process. I'll say it again, candidate experience is everything in recruitment.
